In life, It does not matter how you start, but how you finish it.

We have to work to Good from great, not from good to worst. I hope you are aware of the life of Samson. Read the book of Judges 13-16 where Samson life was told.

Samson was a Nazirite (perhaps you know how hard to become a nazarite). But then even with great ability and power, He didn’t use it well as how God’s wanted to use it for him. He disobeys his parents, disregards the warning, and played with sins. So in the end, he was known for the bad thing he had done, instead the good deed that he had done.

I hope you are not Samson. We need to work hard to enter the narrow gate of heaven where only few find it. We need to have consistency in learning the words and knowing the Lord. Because we all have its own journey to know thoroughly the Lord.

Just think about the blessing he has given to us:

1. Talent without humility is useless.
2.Sharing the word of  God without application is meaningless.
3. Doing an action without intently listening to your advisers and parents is intolerable.

Let’s all work for the Lord. Let’s have the consistency. The Lord does not look on how you start, but how you continue your journey of knowing the Lord. And the most important how you finish it. God bless everyone 😀

I agree with you completely. I just always have this innate curiosity about how the Lord uses even the bad things we do(Such as Samson) to illistrate to us how to make correct choices and do the right thing. If God is Soverign, which I believe he is, Samson’s failures had be used to teach us what we needed to know. Otherwise, ever example in the Bible would of good men doing good things. Maybe that is to “doctriceish”( I know that is not a word) but our precious Lord gives us every chance to do what’s right, he prods us, he speaks to us in his still small voice and he puts road blocks up and yet we still have a will to choose what we want to do. The beauty in that is that he uses the negative choices of our lives and the positive and we all learn more how Lord and his nature. The Bible is the greatest love story ever written, if only people understood that and could know it to be truth.

    Another inspiring moment…..great post!
