It seems in life one tends to focus or get obsessed with things that either bring pain or disorder in their life. why is it we get obsessed or put so much focus on the things which either do us harm or cause us or others around us grief. We need to learn and focus on the good things, if we become obsessed with anything hopefully it will be something beneficial to ourselves and those around us. Though obsession is something one should avoid for it in itself is a negative thing because it takes your thoughts / attention away from all the other things that are important. Good thought, good actions and good habits are what we should focus on making more prominent in our daily thoughts and actions.
